Exploring Spatial Multi-Omics Workflows with the COMET™ platform

This presentation evaluates whether performing an 8-plex COMET™ panel prior to a Xenium assay (including cell segmentation) preserves both protein and transcript detection. If successful, the COMET™-before-Xenium workflow could become our preferred method for multi-modal omics studies. For comparison, results from COMET™ staining after Xenium will also be discussed.
