Our events are produced by individual producers, who work with an advisory board of experts in the field. We invite speakers and contributors based on the work that they are currently undertaking, it’s relevance to our congress and the level of seniority and experience they have within their field. We follow the below process when inviting speakers:

• We identify a target group of decision makers who will be of interest to our sponsors (the delegate profile for the event, e.g. industrial experts working in Stem Cell Research)
• We lead-source experts using speaker rosters from similar meetings and lists from academic departments. We utilize resources such as https://www.ebrc.org/diversity-speaker-suggestions
• We confirm target speakers who accept our invitation to participate on a first-come first-served basis

Changing the industry, one conference at a time:

We recognise that women, disabled people and those from ethnic minorities or socially disadvantaged groups are underrepresented in the industry, particularly at senior levels.
