Uncovering Mechanisms of Immunotherapy Response & Resistance with Single Cell & Spatial Multiomics
22 February 2024
Discover how 10x Genomics' spatial technologies are revolutionising the study of immunotherapies in solid tumors
Watch the full webinar
In this webinar, Abbey Cucthin, Associate Director, Oncology Marketing, discusses how:
- Visium spatial gene expression uncovers cellular organization within tissue, combining whole transcriptome and targeted protein co-detection with morphological context
- Xenium in Situ provides subcellular resolution for the characterization of 100s to 1000s of RNAs and multiplexed protein analysis
- To analyze the role of tertiary lymphoid structures in generating localized anti-tumor immune responses and their association with checkpoint blockade response using spatial technologies
