Tumbler: A Highly Customizable Antibody Optimization Suite
10 December 2024
This presentation introduces the Tumbler™ platform, an advanced CDR-shuffling technology designed for comprehensive and customisable antibody optimisation. The platform supports a streamlined, single-step process for key modifications such as humanisation, affinity maturation, liability removal, and inducing cross-reactivity. Leveraging a library-based engineering approach, Tumbler™ enhances functional diversity and reveals critical insights into sequence-activity relationships, offering a versatile solution validated across a wide range of targets.
